Our client has been at the forefront of selling, renting, and servicing heavy machinery equipment and tools in the construction and mining industry for over 90 years, and they are currently looking for a receptionist to manage their busy Reception Desk. This is a temp assignment to start ASAP for the next 6-8 weeks. Working Monday to Friday, working a 7.5-hour day, fomr9am to 5pm. The role will be based at the clients Sunshine West (Parking onsite), and the role is paying $34.58 + Super per hour.
Reporting into the Branch Manager, this role contributes to the efficiency of the Office activities by providing support to Reception, Administration and Support functions of the office.

This role is working within a dynamic & fast-paced environment. This position would require someone who has previous experience working as a Receptionist, and someone who has outstanding customer service skills with excellent time management abilities. You must be someone that is able to adapt to changing environments, be resilient and be able to work in a busy passed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is key and confident in engaging with various stakeholders. You must have excellent presentation skills and professional manner. Previous experience working on a busy Reception Phone system would be ideal, and you must have proficient skills in the Microsoft Suite Packages
