About the role

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across a specific geographic portfolio. You will be responsible for a diverse rage of roles including but not limited to Aged Care, Operational, Health and Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advising on effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure top-tier talent is presented to the business.
  • Guiding candidates through the entire experience, from the first contact to seamless onboarding.
  • Working hand-in-hand with internal teams to develop and implement creative recruitment initiatives.
  • Building and sustaining a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Manage the candidate experience for both successful and unsuccessful candidates in PageUp

This full-time role and is based 5 days per week in their beautifully modern Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake on St Kilda Road.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with web based recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and HRIS mandatory.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly changing setting.
  • Key emphasis on customer satisfaction and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability in working collaboratively and actively contributing to ongoing enhancements.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
