Having over 100 years of experience within the health care sector, this organisation is a dynamic and growing one that offers acute and subacute hospital care, aged and mental health care and also maternity care for women.

The role

This is a permanent opportunity that will see you providing HR transactional activities across the employee lifecycle for a large organisation. Your duties will include job advertising, creation of contracts, onboarding of new employees and assisting the HR team in a very functional way. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Richmond.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding activity
  • Candidate Visa management
  • HR admin support
  • General reporting and transactional processing

The successful applicant will have:

  • Relevant Degree in HR or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in an HR Services function (desired)
  • Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Experience in using HR systems or similar software
