About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Sydney office and the APAC leadership team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to take the next step in your career and work for a company that are committed to reconciliation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management, travel arrangements and expenses for the leadership team
  • Cover reception and manage incoming calls
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
  • Ordering of office supplies and coordinate mobile phone accounts
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested

About You

This role is suited to someone who is proactive and can demonstrate:

  • A strong ability to anticipate and be attentive to needs
  • Hunger to learn and take initiative
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably however is not required
